I spoke with KJ, the GM, about my 2006 Triumph America needing some work and he told me, Bring it in and we will take care of it for you. Don, the Service Manager, went straight to work and moved mountains by contacting other states to find the needed parts; all the while, KJ communicated with me regularly to keep me informed every step of the way.
