Service conducted in a timely manner and service personnel were helpful. Was disappointed that, after forgetting to install my pigtail as promised prior to delivery with a pledge to do so at 500 mile service, they still haven't installed one and cannot tell me when they will have one...the bike was purchased in November! Would have thought they would have reserved one for me. Overall still pleased, just disappointed, given how `on point` they have been to date.
