Mark and KJ are always friendly and asking about how I have been and if I'm ready to trade. Mark sold me my first bike and KJ sold me the second one so it will be hard to pick one when it comes time for my 3rd bike. The sales department has never been a problem for me when I come in, but the service department still makes me feel uncomfortable and they make me feel like I've done something wrong anytime I bring up something about the bike and I still never heard anything about the warranty inquiry to Triumph about my right header pipe bluing.
